Human civilization has always carried an eternal question: Can man conquer death? While ancient spirituality affirms that the soul is immortal, modern science is now approaching the possibility of physical immortality. Standing at the threshold of a new century, humanity is set to move from the darkness of Kali Yuga to the dawn of a Golden Age.
The Darkness of Kali Yuga
Kali Yuga is described in Indian philosophy as the age of decline, where greed, injustice, and disharmony dominate.
Environmental imbalance, climate change, and social inequality are threatening human survival.
The fear of mortality has intensified, pushing humanity to search for ways to transcend death.
Chhath: The Festival of Eternal Light
The ancient Indian festival of Chhath represents not only devotion but also a cosmic harmony.
Worship of the Sun symbolizes infinite energy and the continuity of life.
The ritual purity of Chhath conveys that true immortality lies in balance with nature.
This timeless tradition reminds humanity that survival is not only about technology but about restoring our connection with the eternal rhythms of the universe.
Science and the Quest for Immortality
Advances in biotechnology and artificial intelligence are bringing humanity closer to defeating death:
Genetic Editing: erasing aging genes.
Nanobots: eliminating diseases inside the body.
Regenerative Medicine: organs regenerating indefinitely.
Mind Uploading: preserving consciousness beyond the body.
By the year 2100, the concept of the “Immortal Human” is no longer fantasy but a real possibility.

The Bhagavad Gita declares:
